Italian pianist Beatrice Rana took the classical music world by storm when she won the First Prize at the Montreal International Competition and in 2013 when she won the Silver Medal and the Audience Award at the 14th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Since then, Rana has skyrocketed to international fame, arousing admiration from conductors, concert goers, and critics alike. Already having performed in most of the world’s major concert halls and festivals, Rana has garnered a slew of international awards, including the BBC 2015 New Generation Artist Award, Gramophone’s 2017 Young Artist of the Year, and a coveted spot on The New York Times’ Best Classical Music of 2019 list.
