Dover Quartet

The dynamic Dover Quartet, named by BBC Music Magazine as one of the greatest string quartets of the last 100 years, plays one of the most beloved works in the chamber music repertoire, Dvořák’s American Quartet, which the composer wrote while living in the US, as well as Schumann’s masterful String Quartet in A Minor, his first of three string quartets—all of which he wrote during his famous “year of chamber music” and dedicated to his friend Felix Mendelssohn.
