The concert opens with Beethoven’s 1st Symphony, featuring elegant strings and rich winds. Richard Strauss’ Don Quixote: Fantastic Variations on a Theme of Knightly Character, performed by GRAMMY® award-winning cellist David Finckel, concludes the program.
