Digital Tickets
Beginning April 10, digital tickets will be the primary ticketing method at the Lensic Performing Arts Center. Digital tickets are a secure and easy method for entry to shows at the Lensic, and they help prevent the sale and use of third-party and/or illegitimate tickets. Digital tickets are managed directly by us, can be viewed and shared with your guests with ease, and can also be saved to your Apple Wallet. If you don’t use a smartphone or prefer printed tickets, we still offer will call and mailed tickets.
How to access your digital wallet:
Go to wallet.lensic.org and log in with the same email and password you use for your lensic.org account, or you can request a one-time access code via email.
Find your tickets:
Once you have logged in, click on My Events. There you will see tickets to all events for which you’ve purchased tickets. Tickets appear here within minutes of your purchase.
Two hours before the event start time, a dynamic QR code will appear. This QR code is what you will present to be scanned for entry.
Sharing Tickets with Your Guests
- Log in to your account at wallet.lensic.org.
- Select the performance you will be attending.
- Tap Share.
- Enter the full name of the person with whom you are sharing the digital ticket(s).
- Select the ticket(s) you’d like to share.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and tap Next.
- Confirm your selection.
- The share link will then be copied and can be forwarded to the recipient via text message or email.
- To accept the tickets, your guest must log in or create an account if they don’t already have one.
- You can also call the box office to have them share the tickets for you: 505-988-1234.
Saving Tickets to your Apple Wallet
Digital tickets can be saved to your Apple Wallet for easy access on the night of a performance. To save your tickets to Apple Wallet:
- Log in to your account at wallet.lensic.org.
- Select the performance you will be attending.
- Scroll down to see your tickets.
- At the bottom of your ticket, select Add to Apple Wallet
- Note: Each ticket will need to be saved individually. Scroll to the right to view your additional tickets to your event.
- On the next screen, click Add in the top right corner.
- Open the Wallet app on your phone.
- Your ticket can now be selected from your Apple Wallet. Your QR code will generate at the time designated on your ticket.
FAQS
What if I already selected Print-at-Home Tickets?
- If the performance is after April 10, then your tickets have been transferred to digital tickets. If you would prefer to have your tickets be held at will call or mailed, please get in touch with the box office (505-988-1234). If your tickets are for an off-site event, however, you can still opt for print-at-home tickets.
Can I print the new digital tickets?
- No, this new system of digital tickets uses a dynamic QR code that changes every thirty seconds. This helps deter illegitimate ticket reselling.
What if I don’t have a smartphone or don’t want to use digital tickets?
- Physical tickets will still be available by mail or at will-call. Please select these ticket delivery options at checkout or visit a box office representative.
What about parking vouchers?
- Parking vouchers will also be digital and can be found in your Digital Wallet.
Troubleshooting
- If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password link below the Log In button.
- If you experience any issues with your QR code, refresh the page.
- Make sure your phone’s browser is using light mode.
