Recipient of a Borletti-Buitoni Trust Award and an Avery Fisher Career Grant, violinist Alexi Kenney was named “a talent to watch” by The New York Times. He has earned widespread acclaim across the globe and returns to Santa Fe to perform Barber’s Violin Concerto No. 1 for “American Classics.” The program also features Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms with The Symphony Chorus, “Four Dance Episodes” from Aaron Copland’s Rodeo, and Gala Flagello’s Vitality. Presented as part of the Art + Sol Santa Fe Winter Arts Festival.
