Maestro Guillermo Figueroa conducts The Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra for this brilliant program featuring Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D Major, regarded as the pinnacle of Romantic music and perhaps the most famous violin concertos of all time. Complementing this magnificent work is Amy Beach’s Symphony in E Minor “Gaelic” and Sibelius’ Finlandia featuring a side-by-side performance with our Santa Fe Symphony Youth Orchestra.
