Production Manager
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a full-time Production Manager to support and advance performances at the Lensic and outside Lensic 360 venues. This position plays a crucial role in advancing all technical aspects of performances that take place inside and outside of the theater.
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production calendar and coordinating staffing and resources to ensure the successful execution of a wide variety of performances. This position works closely with artists, presenters, and internal departments and serves as a primary liaison for all production-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency and working knowledge of all aspects of technical theater and ideally have prior experience in production management or a related role. This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and will preferably hold a BA in technical theater or related fields. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as dictated by performance schedules.

Social Media Assistant (part-time)
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks an experienced, part-time Social Media Assistant, reporting to the Lensic’s Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager. This position is responsible for capturing and posting content of Lensic 360 and Lensic events that take place at venues throughout Northern New Mexico.
Responsibilities include:
- Live show coverage—attending shows and posting 3-5 stories during each event with engaging captions.
- Organizing assets (labeling, tagging, and indexing) the night-of or morning after each show.
- Evaluating content and analyzing performance.
- Assist with additional content (reels, posts) as needed.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a grasp of multi-media storytelling and pacing, being able to shoot varied and engaging angles with post-editing in mind.
- Write creative captions on the fly and balance creativity/fun with brand voice and messaging.
- Have basic photography and videography knowledge, understanding resolution, exposure, and low light settings.
- Have basic editing skills (reels, clip trimming, cropping, composition)
- Be able to support across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Have great social skills and be able to engage with audiences at shows.
- Be organized and responsive.
- Stay up-to-date on internet culture, music and trends. General passion for music and social content.
- Evening and weekend availability is required. Must be able to travel throughout Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos.

Finance Administrator (Full-Time)
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a Finance Administrator to support our Director of Finance. This position is responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties to ensure accurate financial information and to support department workflow and planning.
The Finance Administrator is responsibilities include reconciling a variety of statements and accounts, daily ticket sales and contribution data entry, accounts payable, and credit card receipt management.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated computer proficiency (QuickBooks Desktop, MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook), and be knowledgeable about GAAP and nonprofit accounting. This position will require being able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, as well as a great attention to detail. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required. Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

Box Office Representative (Part-Time)
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a Box Office Representatives for 15 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends. Duties include selling tickets in person and by phone while using a computer, processing memberships, handing out will call, problem-solving, and general office tasks. Requirements:

- Computer skills
- Punctual, professional, organized
- Communication skills
- Good memory
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Perform well under pressure
A plus if you:
- Can speak Spanish
- Have Tessitura experience
- Have Microsoft Office experience
- Have retail/sales/service experience
- Have theater experience
