Work at the Lensic
Hospitality Coordinator
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a part-time Hospitality Coordinator to support backstage hospitality at Lensic and Lensic360 shows across multiple venues.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating backstage needs via phone and/or email directly with incoming artists
- Budgeting and receipt management
- On-site support throughout the entire performance day
- Assist with maintaining hospitality storage and inventory
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in live performance and hospitality
- Maintain excellent communication with artists and presenters
- Self-manage hours and responsibilities as needed based on assignments
This position requires evening and weekend availability. Candidates must be able to travel to Albuquerque, Taos, and to venues across Santa Fe.
