Membership Manager
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks an experienced, full-time Membership Manager. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position is vital to the team-based success of the Development Office, which oversees contributions, grants, memberships, and sponsorships, as well as donor events, and supports Santa Fe’s treasured non-profit performing arts center.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing the individual and business membership programs and bringing creativity and enthusiasm to member acquisition, retention, and stewardship
· Writing compelling membership communications and materials
· Planning and implementing membership campaigns
· Donor research
· Assisting with donor events
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of development experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer skills (Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, Outlook); outstanding customer service skills; and knowledge of IRS rules related to contributions. The position requires the ability to manage multiple project deadlines with attention to detail. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
A bachelor’s degree and previous development experience is required; experience with membership programs and/or Tessitura database is preferred.

Development/Database Assistant
The Development/Database Assistant provides key administrative support to the Lensic’s Development team. This position will provide a wide range of administrative tasks to support donor relations, event coordination, and other operational functions. Attention to detail, and strong computer skills, including a high proficiency with CRM databases, are essential for this position as it supports strategic fundraising efforts using the Tessitura system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends, and a commitment to the Lensic Performing Arts Center’s mission.
A minimum of three consecutive years of office experience in a non-profit, arts and culture, or museum environment, and familiarity with Microsoft office and CRM databases is required. A bachelor’s degree and previous experience with Tessiture is preferred.
